About Us
What This Site Is
Windsor Race Results is an independent editorial website dedicated to covering horse racing at Royal Windsor Racecourse. We publish course guides, draw bias analysis, fixture calendars, race previews and results breakdowns designed to help readers understand what happens on the track and why it matters.
The site was created out of a simple observation: most race result pages strip away the context that makes results meaningful. A bare finishing order does not tell you that Windsor’s figure-of-eight layout creates measurable draw biases, that the five-furlong home straight gives front-runners a pronounced statistical advantage, or that National Hunt racing returned to this course in December 2026 for the first time in two decades. We exist to provide that context.
Our Approach
Every piece of analysis on this site is grounded in publicly available data, official sources and verifiable statistics. We draw on records published by the British Horseracing Authority, the Horserace Betting Levy Board, the Racecourse Association, and the course operator Arena Racing Company, among others. Where we cite statistics, we link to the primary source so you can verify them yourself.
We aim for a tone that is analytical but accessible. We write for the reader who wants to understand the mechanics behind a result, whether that means the geometry of the track, the economics of prize money, or the historical patterns that shape what happens on any given race day. We are not tipsters, and nothing on this site constitutes betting advice.
Editorial Independence
This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Royal Windsor Racecourse, Arena Racing Company, the British Horseracing Authority, or any bookmaker. Our editorial decisions are made independently. We do not accept payment in exchange for favourable coverage, and we do not allow commercial relationships to influence the content we publish.
Coverage Scope
Our primary focus is Royal Windsor Racecourse in Berkshire, which stages 26 fixtures per year across flat and National Hunt racing. Coverage includes the Winter Hill Stakes (Group 3), the Fitzdares Sprint Series, the Berkshire Winter Million jump festival, and the Monday Night Racing summer programme, as well as broader industry data that provides context for Windsor’s results within British racing as a whole.
Accuracy and Corrections
We take accuracy seriously. All statistics are sourced from official bodies and reputable data providers, and we update our content when new information becomes available. If you believe any information on this site is incorrect or outdated, we welcome corrections. Factual errors will be addressed promptly and transparently.
Responsible Gambling
Horse racing is a sport that involves betting, and we recognise our responsibility to promote safe gambling practices. We do not encourage readers to place bets, and we always recommend that anyone who chooses to gamble does so responsibly. If you or someone you know is affected by problem gambling, support is available from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 and through BeGambleAware.org.
